If any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service representative
immediately, using Contact Us page on this web site. Returns are accepted for a full refund within 14 days
from the shipping date. Returns and/or exchanges are accepted for merchandise credit within 30 days from
the shipping date. Returns and Exchanges must be in unused quality and in original packaging.
All clearance sales are final – no returns, refunds or credits. Shippng charges are refundable ONLY
if Pure Palette made an error in the original order.
